Click to GOTO: Our Loan Types | Our Lender Accreditations | Our Consultants - Hello, Mortgage Loans Australia Pty Ltd (MLA) evolved from a small family partnership of husband and wife, David and Wendy Scott.The partnership was originally known as Albury-Wodonga Home Loans, and was established in February 1998 when David left the ANZ Bank after 16 years of service. Albury-Wodonga Home Loans quickly grew as David soon built an impeccable reputation in the local area. A number of loan writers were soon established in Albury-Wodonga and many other areas. With many loan writers being located outside the Albury-Wodonga area and with the annual turnover increasing rapidly, David and Wendy decided it was time for their business to evolve to that of a Company and to also adopt a new name that would suit their expanding business. Mortgage Loans Australia Pty Ltd was then registered in May 2003, and there are now 16 loan writers throughout Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. These numbers are expanding rapidly and it is expected that at least 5 more loan writers will be operational by the end of 2012, with the majority being established in existing areas covered, to assist with the overflow of business from existing loan writers. |
